Daily and Regular Maintenance Process for Organic Fertilizer Equipment
Dividing maintenance work according to time cycles can form a systematic maintenance system and avoid omissions.
1. Daily maintenance (before and after daily production)
Before production: Check whether the power supply, switches, and transmission parts of each equipment are normal, and whether there are any abnormal noises or looseness.
During production: Regularly inspect the operation status of equipment, focusing on parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed. If any abnormalities are found, immediately stop the machine for processing.
After production: Clean up residual materials inside and outside the equipment, turn off the power and related valves, and keep the equipment clean.
2. Regular maintenance (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Weekly: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the lubrication parts of each equipment and replenish lubricating oil; Check the wear progress of vulnerable parts such as blades and screens.
Monthly: Disassemble and inspect key components (such as pellet making machine molds and flipping machine bearings), and clean internal dirt deposits; Calibrate monitoring equipment such as sensors and instruments.
Quarterly: Conduct comprehensive maintenance of equipment and replace vulnerable parts that have reached their service life; Check the structural stability of the equipment, such as the deformation of the frame and drum.
