So what should be paid attention to in daily use?

The controller and sensors in the components of the organic fertilizer automatic packaging machine are precision instruments. Vibration and collision should be avoided during transportation and use. It is strictly prohibited to expose it to direct sunlight, near heat sources, damp places, poorly ventilated areas, and strong magnetic fields, and to work and operate in the environment.

2. The working voltage and frequency must meet the technical requirements of the controller. Do not share switches or circuit breakers with other devices. The casing of the controller is separately grounded (without zero protection).

3. The matching fastening bolts of the measuring bucket are complete and tightened to ensure that there is no virtual collision between the measuring bucket and the fixed frame.

4. Manual/Automatic; Turn the switch to the manual position and use manual control to check if the direction of the paper feeding and discharging belts is correct (if the valve solenoid valve is closed). If it is not correct, please reverse the phase line of the belt conveyor.

5. Confirm the empty bucket and then turn on the power of the controller. After the initial self-test of the controller, the weight of the main display screen is 0. Otherwise, the display screen should be manually unloaded and cleared to ensure accurate zero position of the system.

6. Place a known weight on any part of the ingredient hopper, such as a 50kg bag, and the main display screen should show 50kg. If an incorrect weighing is found, the system must be recalibrated to ensure accuracy.
