Method 1: Mix 5-10 times the amount of rice bran (or corn flour, wheat bran, rice bran, straw powder, etc.) with a fermentation agent to make a strain mixture. Stacking height:


At least 3 cubic meters of material should be stacked at a height of 0.8-1.5 meters. When the ambient temperature is below 15 ℃, cover it with a film or straw curtain. When the internal temperature rises to 25 ℃, remove the covering. When the stack temperature rises to 60 ℃, it begins to flip over once a day. If the stack temperature exceeds 65 ℃, it needs to be flipped over multiple times. The height should not be less than 80cm, and the ambient temperature should be above 15 ℃. During winter production, efforts should be made to raise the temperature for fermentation.


Maturity symbol:


The heap temperature decreases, the material becomes loose, there is no original odor of the material, there is a slight ammonia smell, and white mycelium is produced inside the heap.
