1. Use a trough-type windrow turner to mix raw materials such as straw with livestock manure in the fermentation pit, achieving heating, odor elimination, and decomposition through fermentation.

2. Fully fermented and matured, the material is removed from the pit (can be directly transported via conveyor to the screening machine) for coarse and fine screening.

3. Crush the selected large pieces with a crusher and return them to the grading screen, then mix the required trace elements with the organic fertilizer using a mixer

4. Feed the prepared fine powder into the organic fertilizer granulator (organic fertilizer disc granulator, organic fertilizer drum granulator, or organic fertilizer compound granulator) for granulation.

5. The organic fertilizer pellets are then sent to the screening machine, where larger particles are selected and further pelletized in the organic fertilizer pelletizing machine.

6. The finished granular organic fertilizer can be weighed, packaged, and stored using a packaging machine.
