Overview of Powdered Organic-Inorganic Compound Fertilizer Production Line Equipment  1. **Turnover Machine**: This machine functions to evenly turn over the fermented material, allowing it to fully contact the air, dissipate excess moisture, and crush large lumps into powder, serving as a crushing mechanism.  2. **Truck Feeder**: This machine stores the fermented material and uniformly delivers it in quantitative batches to the next stage. Equipped with a frequency converter, it adjusts the belt conveyor speed. The hopper interior features anti-impact nets to ensure slow material discharge, separating large lumps. Anti-clogging mixing devices are installed in the mid-to-lower hopper section to prevent material blockage.  3. **New Chain Crusher**: This machine crushes the fermented material into powder with a mesh size of 40 or finer, ideally with material moisture controlled below 40%. A Φ600 crusher produces approximately 5 tons per hour, a φ800 crusher yields 7-8 tons per hour, and a φ1000 crusher generates over 10 tons per hour.  4. **Roller Sieve Machine**: This machine screens the crushed material, directing the finished product to the next stage. Since the material is semi-dry, the sieve mesh is prone to clogging, typically requiring an anti-clogging impact device. Large chunks or granular material screened out are either re-fermented or discarded based on their composition. For annual production of 3,000-5,000 tons, a 1000*3000 sieve machine is used; for 10,000-20,000 tons, a 1200*4000 machine is employed; for 20,000-50,000 tons, a 1500*6000 machine is utilized; and for 50,000-100,000 tons, a 2000*8000 machine is applied, with 3-4 mm sieve holes. Material moisture below 20% allows the use of a 1 mm sieve, depending on conditions.  5. **Dynamic Mixing Machine**: This machine strictly follows preset ratios to mix multiple materials, layering them clearly onto a belt conveyor for delivery to the mixer for blending. It achieves a mixing accuracy rate of 5‰.  6. **Double or Single Shaft Mixer**: Both types serve continuous mixing and transport functions, ensuring thorough material homogenization.  7. **Buffer Hopper**: This machine stores finished organic fertilizer material and is equipped with a frequency converter to adjust conveyor speed. It enables the packaging scale to control material delivery—supplying when needed and stopping when not—ensuring the powder packaging scale always maintains a certain material level to prevent clogging.  8. Powder Finished Product Packaging Scale: This machine performs quantitative packaging of finished materials (20-50 kg) and comes in two types: with hopper (weighing before bag insertion, direct discharge after bag insertion) and without hopper (discharge and weighing after bag insertion). The hopper-equipped model includes automatic folding, sewing, and cutting machines, requiring only one operator. The hopperless model needs two operators. For production capacities exceeding 10 tons per hour, a dual-hopper packaging scale is used
