The structure of a drum pelletizer can be divided into five parts

1. Bracket section

  The entire rotating mechanism is supported by brackets and subjected to significant loads. Therefore, the bearing wheel frame is constructed from medium-carbon steel plates and channel steel through welding, meeting stringent quality control and special process requirements to achieve the intended purpose of the machine. Additionally, the more critical aspect involves the drag wheels fixed on the frame. Considering the substantial friction between them and the machines roller belt, our factory specifically selects high-quality anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, significantly extending the machines service life. The bearing wheel frame also employs a cast integral technology. Furthermore, lifting hooks are installed at the four corners of the bearing wheel frame for convenient loading, unloading, and transportation.

2. Transmission section

  The entire granulators transmission section is crucial as it drives all operational components of the machine. The transmission frame is constructed from high-quality channel steel through welding and has passed stringent quality standards. The main motor and reducer mounted on the transmission frame are selected from ISO-certified products with stable performance. The motor drives the pulley, V-belt, and reducer, which in turn transmits power to the main shaft, enabling the machine to operate. The reducer and the main shafts working section are connected via interlocking nylon spline couplings for power transmission.

3. Large gear ring

  Fixed on the machine body and meshing with the driving pinion, it drives the machine body in opposite directions. Made with high-tech wear-resistant materials, it ensures a longer service life for the machine.

4. Roller conveyor

  Fixed on both sides of the body to support the entire structure.

5. Body Parts

  The most critical component of the entire granulator is the main body, which is constructed from high-quality medium carbon steel plates through welding. It features special rubber liners or acid-resistant stainless steel liners to achieve automatic scar and tumor removal, eliminating the need for traditional scraper devices. Through strict quality control and specific process requirements, the machine is optimized to meet its intended purpose.
