General maintenance principles for compound fertilizer equipment

All compound fertilizer equipment must follow the following basic maintenance rules to ensure overall stable operation.

Clean management: After each production is completed, residual materials inside and outside the equipment must be cleaned, especially those that are prone to moisture absorption and clumping, to avoid corroding the equipment or affecting the next production. Regularly clean the dust and debris around the equipment, maintain a clean production environment, and prevent dust from entering the interior of the equipment and affecting the operation of components.

Lubrication management should follow the requirements of the equipment manual and select the appropriate type of lubricating oil/grease, which cannot be replaced arbitrarily. Strictly follow the prescribed cycle to add lubricants to transmission components such as bearings, gears, and chains to avoid component wear caused by dry friction. Regularly check the oil level and quality of the lubricating oil. If the oil quality deteriorates or the oil level is insufficient, replace or replenish it in a timely manner.

Tighten and adjust the bolts and nuts of each connecting part of the equipment regularly, such as the motor base, frame, transmission components, etc. If any looseness is found, tighten them immediately to prevent equipment vibration from worsening. According to the operation of the equipment, adjust the tension of the conveyor belt, the amplitude of the screening machine, the inclination angle of the granulator and other parameters in a timely manner to ensure that the equipment is in working condition.

Establish a vulnerable parts ledger for vulnerable parts management, recording the replacement cycle and quantity of vulnerable parts such as liners, screens, blades, and conveyor belts. Reserve commonly used vulnerable parts in advance to avoid prolonged downtime due to component shortages. When replacing vulnerable parts, ensure that they are installed in place and securely fixed to avoid new malfunctions caused by improper installation.
