1. Installation: Before installation, a precast concrete platform needs to be laid on this machine, and the base of the granulator needs to be fixed on the platform with foot screws. It is also important to note that the belt conveyor used to transport materials should be aligned with the inlet and outlet ports, and a pit can also be dug for material transportation.

2. Debugging: After the installation of the granulator is completed, it is necessary to first check whether the various components of the granulator are securely fastened. Then conduct a no-load test run without interruption for 8 hours. The temperature of each bearing should rise steadily, and the temperature of each component should not exceed 50 ℃ at the end of the test run. After the test run, observe that there is no serious wear or abrasion on each bearing.
