If organic fertilizers are not dried, problems such as mold growth and nutrient loss may occur. The role of a dryer is focused on the following three points:
Extended storage period: Reduce the moisture content to 10% -15% to avoid mold and decay of organic fertilizers due to high moisture content. The storage period can be extended by 6-12 months.
Ensuring nutrients and activity: Low temperature drying can reduce organic matter decomposition (such as avoiding nitrogen volatilization), while protecting beneficial bacterial activity and ensuring the effectiveness of organic fertilizers.
Suitable for subsequent processing: After drying, the organic fertilizer particles are loose and have moderate hardness, which can smoothly enter the screening and packaging process, and can also be further granulated to improve product appearance.
