The organic fertilizer cooling machine accelerates the air flow inside the rotating cylinder through the suction of the induced draft fan (used in conjunction with the equipment), and continuously flips the material up through the lifting plate installed on the rotating wall to achieve the purpose of cooling. This machine is mainly used for the production of organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and compound fertilizers, cooling granular fertilizers at a certain temperature. The rotary cooling machine is used in conjunction with a drying machine, which can greatly improve the cooling speed, reduce labor intensity, increase yield, further remove some moisture, and reduce the particle temperature of compound fertilizers. The rotary cooler can also be used for cooling other powdered and granular materials. This equipment has a compact structure, high cooling efficiency, reliable performance, and strong adaptability.


The support device of the organic fertilizer cooling machine is supported by a roller belt and a supporting wheel on the inner cylinder of the active sleeve at high temperatures, and a rolling bearing on the central shaft at the low temperature end, with a central transmission, making the overall structure compact and reasonable. For the convenience of maintenance and replacement of worn parts, it is generally designed as an axial split in the middle and connected with bolts. When the machine is working, the material and hot air flow enter from the small end of the inner cone in parallel, and are fully heat exchanged with the hot air flow by the lifting plate, while moving towards the large end. Similarly, after entering the outer cylinder, the material is lifted up by the spoon shaped lifting plate and evenly scattered onto the upper part of the outer wall of the inner cone cylinder. As the cylinder slowly rotates, the material can experience a longer residence time in the annular space and flow towards the outlet end along the guide plates on the cylinder wall and the outer wall of the inner cylinder. It is discharged through the flap valve, and the exhaust gas is collected by the cyclone dust collector on the discharge hood and discharged.


The troubleshooting method for the organic fertilizer cooling machine is as follows:


Before starting up, check if there are any debris inside the machine.


2. Check if all parts of the machine are functioning properly.


3. After starting the machine, check if the rotation direction is correct. If it rotates in the opposite direction, stop and adjust immediately. Confirm smooth rotation, no noise, and no friction noise before starting production.


4. It is strictly prohibited for iron blocks, stones, wood and other debris to enter the machine to prevent damage to the equipment.


5. The gearbox must be lubricated with gear oil before production use, and the gear oil should be replaced every four months.


6. Gears, ring gears, rollers, pulleys, etc. all need to be filled with yellow dry oil.


7. Before shutting down, the internal materials must be completely discharged to prevent them from sticking to the cylinder. Prepare for the next start-up and facilitate the production of the next team.
