Selection and usage precautions of organic fertilizer drum dryer

Selection criteria: Based on the production lines hourly output, initial moisture content of raw materials, and target moisture content, match the drum diameter, length, and heat source type (coal, gas, biomass, electric heating).

Heat source selection: In agricultural production areas, biomass hot air stoves (with low cost) can be prioritized, while in areas with high environmental requirements, natural gas and electric heating (with zero emissions) can be selected.

Daily maintenance: Regularly clean the residual materials inside the drum, check the wear of the plate, replace the sealing components in a timely manner (to prevent hot air leakage), and calibrate the temperature sensor regularly.
